Yes.
How do I schedule or view a virtual tour?
We offer virtual tours through AppFolio, which generates a Zoom link that both parties can join. The virtual tour mirrors an in-person tour, conducted via video call.

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM <br>
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM <br>

Do you offer any move-in specials?
Yes. Move-in specials vary month to month. Please check the Specials section on our website for current offers.
What income requirements do you have for applicants?
Applicants must earn three times the base rent in gross income and provide 12 months of consecutive income.
What is the application fee?
Our application fee is $50
What is your Administrative Fee?
Our administrative fee is $250 per unit.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes.
How much is the security deposit?
The deposit is $500.00 with approved credit.
What is the maximum security deposit?
Up to 1.5 times the monthly rent.

Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?
Yes, we do accept co-signers and/or guarantors.
Do you allow subletting or lease transfers?
No, we do not.
Do you require Renters Insurance? If so, up to what amount do you require coverage for?
Yes, we require renters insurance. Residents must carry a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability coverage.
When is rent due each month?
Rent is due on the 1st of every month with a four-day grace period.
What is the late fee policy for rent payments?
A late fee of $50 is charged on the 5th of the month, with an additional $10 per day thereafter.

What utilities are required in the rent?
Water, sewer, trash, electricity, and gas.
What appliances are included in the apartment?
Stove and refrigerator. Some units also include a dishwasher and microwave.
Are washers and dryers included, or is there a laundry facility?
An on-site laundry facility is available. Washer and dryer are not included in individual units.

Yes. Amazon Hub package lockers are available.
Do you have on-site maintenance, and how do I request a service?
Yes. On-site maintenance is available 24/7 for emergencies. Service requests may be submitted through the resident portal under Maintenance or by calling the leasing office.
Are there any community events for residents?
Yes. We host resident events monthly, with a different event each month.
Is there a preferred employer or student discount program?
No. Student and preferred employer discounts are not offered.
